Terms and Conditions

Colours and Designs may vary slightly depending on suppliers. Individual Designs may vary slightly as all stationery is handmade/handcrafted and designed by Karen Rose, making each card unique.

Once wording for inserts and message tags have been approved any amendments after that will incur costs to cover materials.

Postage and Packing will only be added to your final Invoice as it can only be calculated once an order is complete, an estimate can be given upon request. Orders are sent by Royal Mail unless other arrangements have been made.  Large orders will have to be signed for, once dispatched KRose Designs cannot be held responsible for loss or damage (but you will be covered by Royal Mail Insurance).

When ordering Stationery please allow 6 weeks for delivery although most orders should be completed within 28 days.  Urgent orders will be considered upon request.  A 50% deposit is required after an order is confirmed, this deposit is refundable up to 7 days after receipt depending on circumstances. An invoice will be sent out to you for the remaining balance approx 14 days prior to delivery date.

Payments will be accepted by Cheque (made payable to KRose Designs) or by Debit/Credit Card Payment (via NOCHEX or PayPal).  Bank Transfer's for the UK and Overseas can also be arranged.  Cash is also accepted at my discretion, upon delivery or collection of goods.
